MBC (Maskam Brewing Company) was founded in April 2016 along the R363 route, between Vredendal and Lulzville. The brewery which includes a family restaurant, is run by Maree Bothe and brews various craft beers. It is the first craft brewery in the Matzikama area and brews three types of beer, namely Blonde Ale, Amber Ale and lager. The brewery offers beer tasting and the boor is available on tap’ or by the bottle. The restaurant is a child-friendly area with a play park and a 700 to keep the young team busy. We celebrated my cousin's bridal shower at MBC today. The vibe we received was awesome, we had a really good time. To the manager/owner, the staff, thanks for being so friendly. The food and drinks was nice as always.

My daughter's 8th bday party was held there,and we couldn't be more happy and satisfied...the staff was friendly and every thing was on point...especially for us coming from Cape Town...the kids enjoyed them to the max...(our grown ups as well)Will certainly visit more.

Lekkerste craft bier wat ek nog gedrink het saam met n 1kg T-bone wat perfek gaargemaak was. Fantastiese plek en puik diens deur almal daar. 16 gelukkige toerlede daar weg.
